Based on the authorisation of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic, we provide education and verification of professional competence for personnel of infrastructure managers, railway undertakings, and external entities involved in the operation of railway and special tracks

Target Group
- Personnel of railway undertakings and infrastructure managers – railway tracks, special tracks
- Personnel of external entities involved in the operation of the track and traffic on the track
- Personnel required to demonstrate professional competence resulting from their job classification or legal regulations
Outcome
- A successful participant receives a professional competence certificate, which is proof of fulfilling legal requirements for the performance of relevant professional activities within the operation of the track, traffic on the track, and other activities of external entities involved in the operation of railway and special tracks
Legislative Framework
Our education is carried out in accordance with:
- Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 513/2009 Coll. on Railways and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts as amended by later regulations
- Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 124/2006 Coll. on Occupational Safety and Health as amended by later regulations
- Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 314/2001 Coll. on Fire Protection as amended by later regulations
- European Union legislation and technical standards
